Ingredients For Pad thai Noodles.
- Pad thai rice flat noodles - 250 gms.
- Red capsicum - 1 / 2.
- Yellow Capsicum - 1 / 4.
- Green capsicum - 1 / 4.
- Green chillies - 2.
- Carrot - 1 / 2.
- Paneer ( cottage cheese ) - 100 gms.
- Spring onions- 1 / 4 cup.
- Salt - as required.
- Soya sauce - 1 tbsp.
- Chilli flakes - 1 tbsp.
- Ground nuts - 4 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 / tsp.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
- Oil - 3 tbsp.
- Garlic - 1 tbsp.
- Bean sprouts - 1 / 2 cup.
Method To Make Pad thai Rice Noodles.
- Boil the water in a vessel and add flat rice noodles into it.
- When the noodles turns translucent remove it from the vessel, drain it in a colander.
- Place the noodles which is in the colander under the running water for a minute and drain it well.
- Now place a big wok on a stove and heat it with oil in it.
- Add the chopped garlic into it and saute for a minute.
- Add the chopped carrots which is chopped into thin long slices.
- Now add all the three chopped bell peppers, bean sprouts, green chillis, soya sauce, sugar, salt, chilli flakes into it.
- Mix the vegetables in such a way that it gets uniformly coated with the spices.
- Now add the boiled rice noodles, lemon juice, and the chopped spring onion into the wok.
- Toss the noodles once again.
- Finally garnish it with roasted and chopped peanuts..

- Serve the noodles immediately when it is prepared, or else, it may not taste good as it tends to lose its freshness.
