How To Prepare Eggless Chocolate Recipe.
The time taken to prepare this easy chocolate mousse recipe is around 20 minutes and the quantity mentioned here is enough for 3 servings.
Ingredients For Chocolate Mousse Recipe.
- Dark chocolate - 1 / 2 cup.
- Fresh Cream - ! / 4 cup.
- Whipping cream - 3 / 4 cup.
Method To Make Eggless Chocolate Mousse.
- Scrap the dark chocolate into small pieces and place them in a glass bowl.
- Now, melt it under a double boiler. ( Heat a vessel with water in it. When heated, place this dark chocolate bowl over it until it melts completely. )
- Now keep it aside till it cools.
- Meanwhile whip the whipping cream.
- For this you will have to take the whipping cream in a bowl and place it in another bowl filled with ice cubes.
- Now start whipping it with the electric beater till stiff peaks are formed.
- Mix fresh cream into the melted chocolate bowl. ( mix it slowly. )
- Mix the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture till the cream is fully incorporated with the melted chocolate.
- Now take the serving glass and pipe the chocolate mixture into it with the help of a piping bag.
- Finally pipe in the whipping cream and decorate the chocolate mousse.
- Refrigerate the chocolate mousse for 2 hours before serving.
Your creamy and rich chocolate mousse is ready to be served !!!

- You can either use dark chocolate or milk chocolate for the recipe.
- Do not whip the cream for not more then 50 seconds or else the cream might turn into butter.
- You may use choco chips for the recipe in place of dark chocolate.
