Today I am publishing this fusion dish which is a tangy lip smacking
breakfast cum chaat i,e Dosa Chat. Dosa, basically a south Indian breakfast
is slowly gaining recognition in the global kitchen and which could give run
for money to the street chaat vendors. Many varieties of dosas can be prepared, of which, I have already
posted a few like Plain Dosa, Masala Dosa, Cucumber Dosa, Fenugreek Dosa and the list goes on. It is a pancake which is rich in carbohydrates and protiens.
