Cheese Dosa Pizza, which I am posting today is exclusively a kids favourite. I am pretty sure that the kids would love to have this festive breakfast and satiate their taste buds. Here, a Plain Dosa is prepared and topped with mozzeralla cheese along with a few chopped onions and green chillis. You can also prepare this cheese dosa by using uthappa batter, but the important aspect is that the dosa base should be pretty thick in size. You can prepare and serve this dosa during your kids birthdays which would be exotic and thrilling for them. Basically, cheese is produced out of milk where you acidify the milk with vinegar or lemon and then separate the liquid and the hard substance obtained out of it is known as cheese. Different variety of cheese are thronging the markets and to mention a few of them are Parmesan, Mascarpone, Mozzarella, Monterey Jack, Cheddar and so on. It is prepared using cows, buffaloes, goat or sheep milk. It is rich in proteins and fat and is an ideal left over recipe.

- You have to cook this dosa on a low flame or else the centre part of the dosa may remain sticky / uncooked.
- You can substitute red chilli powder in place of green chillis.
- Paprika can also be sprinkled over the dosa if you opt for a spicier version.
- The base of the dosa should be quite crispy as to resemble the pizza base, so let the dosa be cooked on a low to medium flame.
