Posted by Veena Karanth at 10:59:00
This is another convenient gravy which goes on well with chapathi, kulcha, puri and even with biryani. It is very easy and simple to prepare and more than anything this gravy requires very little oil unlike other gravies where we add butter and ghee. Here, in this gravy I have used green capsicum along with a few spices and milk.

Kitchen masti points.

  1. Retain the crunchiness of the capsicum while frying, so, do not over fry it.
  2. Dilute the gravy as per your wish. Therefore, add milk accordingly.
  3. You can add a tbsp of grated coconut while grinding the gravy but it is optional.
  4. You can replace the ginger garlic paste with garlic cloves and fresh ginger for a fresh taste.
  5. You can add coloured capsicum for an attractive look.
