In this recipe, oranges are squeezed and mixed with sugar and lemon juice. As a matter of fact, eating an orange fruit would be wiser as the fibre content is sustained unlike in juice where the fibre is strained and disposed thereby losing all the nutrition contents in it.

How To Prepare Orange Juice

Ingredients for Orange Juice
- Oranges – medium sized 6
- Sugar – 2 or 3 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- Salt – a pinch
Method To Make Orange Juice
- Peel the oranges.
- Transfer the orange segments into a juicer jar along with sugar, salt and lemon juice.
- Mix in 1 cup of water.
- Run the juicer jar for 1 – 2 minutes.
- Sieve the juice through a strainer and collect it in a bowl.
- Serve chilled adding ice cubes.
Your refreshing tangy orange juice is ready to be served.!!!

- Do not run the mixer for a longer period or else, you might get a bitter taste in the juice.
- You can alter the quantity of sugar as per your taste.
