Vegetable Hakka Noodles is an Indo - Chinese dish which slightly varies from schzewan noodles recipe that I have already published in one of my previous blog posts. Here, Hakka noodles are tossed with some vegetables, butter and soya sauce, something that resembles the restaurant style, simple yet very tasty. I have used Chinese Hakka noodles but you can use any other ordinary noodles too.
