White Chocolate Mousse Recipe

White chocolate mousse is one of the yummiest and sumptuous dessert to serve to your special guests on special occasions. In this recipe, we use white chocolate and whipping cream which gives a creamy and rich texture to the mousse. Above all, one has to forget the calorie count to enjoy this dessert because of its chocolaty ingredients, but once in a while consuming this fabulous dessert makes our life next to heaven.

How To Prepare White Chocolate Mousse.

The time consumed to prepare this dessert is around 15 minutes and the process is just a child's play.

Ingredients For White Chocolate Mousse.


  • White chocolate - 1 / 2 cup.
  • Fresh cream - 1 / 4 cup.
  • Whipping cream - 1 / 2 cup.
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp.
  • Strawberry - 1.

Method To Make White chocolate Mousse.


  • First and foremost, you have to melt the grated white chocolate.
  • For this you will have to double boil the white chocolate or you can even melt it  in a microwave.
  • Heat the fresh cream in a vessel for around 5 minutes.
  • Mix the hot cream with the melted white chocolate.
  • Stir it well so that no lumps are left.
  • Meanwhile, whip the heavy cream in a bowl along with sugar for around 3 minutes.
  • Now, mix it with the white chocolate mixture.
  • Take a piping nozzle or a bag and fill the white chocolate mixture in it.
  • Pipe the mousse into the serving glass and tap it once.
  • Place it in the refrigerator for around 15 minutes.
  • Decorate it with the whipping cream and place a strawberry over the mousse.

Kitchen Masti Points.


  1. In case if you feel the mousse is quite thick, then mix 2 tbsp of milk along with the melted white chocolate.
  2. You can also place dark chocolate curls to decorate the white mousse.
  3. For double boiling the white chocolate, place a big vessel filled with water. Heat this vessel over the gas flame. Now place another smaller vessel which fits into the former vessel and place the grated white chocolate inside it and wait till the chocolate melts.
  4. Ignore the calories count to enjoy this yummy mousse.
