Papdi chaat is one of the delicious street side snacks loved by both young and the adults. It closely resembles sev puri but it is actually quite different from it. Papdi chaat is very famous in Delhi. Here, we place some small quantity of potato mixture over the crispy puris and later on, top them with 2 types of chutneys which makes the snack aromatic and lip smacking.
This snack requires green chutney and sweet chutney which I have already published in my previous blog posts. The time required to prepare the puri / papdi is around 30 minutes and another 15 minutes to prepare the chutnies and 10 minutes to assemble and serve it.
Your mouthwatering and spicy papdi chaat is ready to be served.!!!
