Papdi / Papri Chaat Recipe

Posted by Veena Karanth at 23:45:00
Papdi chaat is one of the delicious street side snacks loved by both young and the adults. It closely resembles sev puri but it is actually quite different from it. Papdi chaat is very famous in Delhi. Here, we place some small quantity of potato mixture over the crispy puris and later on, top them with 2 types of chutneys which makes the snack aromatic and lip smacking.
