This is a dosa / pancake prepared out of rice mixed with fenugreek seeds and a little coconut scrapings. Kitchen Masti Points.
- Since methi seeds are bit bitter in taste, this dosa has that bitter taste but when you consume it along with coconut chutney, the bitterness is edged out.
- The batter tends to thicken due to the methi seeds, so you can add water and dilute the batter accordingly.
- This dosa has to be eaten as soon as it is prepared or else it will lose its unique taste when cooled
