Kitchen Masti Points.

  1. Since methi seeds are bit bitter in taste, this dosa has that bitter taste but when you consume it along with coconut chutney, the bitterness is edged out.
  2. The batter tends to thicken due to the methi seeds, so you can add water and dilute the batter accordingly.
  3. This dosa has to be eaten as soon as it is prepared or else it will lose its unique taste when cooled
