Spicy Masala Puffed Rice Recipe

Puffed rice, generally known as kurmure is a tiny white substance made from rice. Different qualities of puffed rice are available but out of this only 2 or 3 types are more popular. When you talk about this kurmure, automatically you start thinking about chaats, since it's usage is seen in almost all the chaat recipes like bhelpuri and so on. Puffed rice is extremely low in calories and it can be consumed free of guilt. In some places it is used during breakfasts too. The one, which I am sharing today is a very simple one which is quite tasty and consumes less time in preparing it. This recipe is similar to that of poha.
