Tortilla is a type of Mexican dish, very familiar to our own chapathi and roti. The key ingredient used here is maida ( all purpose flour ) but alternatively you can use wheat flour also. Here in this recipe, I have used both ingredients in different consistency. It tastes very delicious when filled with different stuffings. Using this tortilla, you can prepare various dishes like quesadilla, burrito, crepres and so on which I will be showing in my future blog posts.
Wheat flour - 1 / 4 cup.
Salt - as needed.
Warm water - as required.
Olive oil - 1 tbsp.
