Ragi which is yet another variety of millets, is extremely healthy and nutritious. Ragi flour is available everywhere in almost all the shops nowadays. I have already given the recipe of ragi roti in one of my previous blog posts. Today I am going to share the recipe of ragi dosa. This is another option for an healthy breakfast and can be cooked very quickly. Children may not prefer to have this, since it is slightly black in color. You can give a twist to this ordinary dosa by stuffing it with spicy masala which I will be publishing it shortly in one of my future blog posts.
Your healthy and tasty Ragi dosa is ready to be served.!!!
