Eggless Vanilla Pancake Recipe

Posted by Veena Karanth at 10:27:00
According to me preparing pancake is one of the easiest jobs and the taste is also lip smacking. I have prepared this recipe without using any eggs and it turned out to be very soft and fluffy. Here the main ingredient being maida ( all purpose flour ) is not that healthy but consuming it occasionally does not make much difference since you have to satisfy your taste buds sometimes. So here goes the recipe for the eggless pancake.

Kitchen Masti Points.

  1. As far as possible roast the pancake on a low flame as it has a tendency to get charred.
  2. Instead of maple syrup, you can also spread blue berry jam over it.
