Rawa Kheer Recipe ( Semolina Payasa )

Semolina kheer is a very delicious and one of the most simplest desserts to prepare. It is believed that goddess laxmi loves this so it is prepared as prasada or prasadam during durga pooja or navarathri festivals. As this sweet is prepared out of milk, it should be consumed quickly or it tends to change its taste and texture. There are 3 or 4 types of semolina, out of which medium suji or small variety of suji is the ideal one.
