Schezwan Sauce is one of the most important sauce in the Indo Chinese Cuisine recipes. Its most popular usage is in Veg Schezwan Fried Rice, schezwan Noodles, spring roll and so on. It can be prepared very quickly. This schezwan sauce is used in almost in all Chinese dishes. The recipe goes as follows.

How To Prepare Schezwan Sauce.
This sauce requires around 15 minutes to prepare and requires very less effort.Ingredients To Prepare Schezwan Sauce.
- Red chillies - 10.
- Garlic - 12.
- Ginger - 1 inch.
- Salt - as required.
- Soya sauce - 1 tsp.
- Red chilli sauce - 1 tsp.
- Vinegar - 1/2 tsp.
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp.
- Oil - 1 tbsp.
- Cornflour mixture - 1 tsp.
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp ( optional ).
Method To Make Schezwan Sauce.
- Soak red chillies in water for around thirty minutes.
- Later on, grind soaked red chillies, 6 garlic cloves and 1 / 2 inch ginger in a mixer jar to a smooth consistency.
- Now heat a pan with oil in it.
- Add the remaining chopped garlic and ginger pieces and fry it for a few seconds.
- Mix the grounded red chilli paste, salt, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar and saute for a few seconds.
- Finally mix a little corn flour in 2 tsp of water and add this to the pan.
- Simmer in low flame for 2 minutes and turn off the flame.
Your spicy and hot schezwan sauce is ready.!!!
Kitchen Masti Points.
- It is always better to prepare the sauce fresh as and when required.
- However, it should be used within a week to avoid foul taste.
- You can omit the red chilli powder if you prefer a less spicier sauce.
