Eggless Cocoa Biscut Cake Recipe Without Baking

Baking a cake is really an art. But here in this egg less cocoa cake, it does not require any kind of baking process. It is very easy to prepare and  it is very yummy too. This cake is a boon for weight watchers also because I have not used any butter. My daughter had presented this cake in her school days for a fire less cooking competition and had won the first prize for it. Recently the studies have shown that eating cocoa powder balances the blood pressure and maintains the glucose level. It is only when combined with the sugar it has an adverse effect on our body. Kids will love this very much, so you can prepare it and surprise them on their birthdays.

How To Prepare The Cocoa Biscuit Cake


It takes only ten minutes to prepare this dish. Hence it is a very simple one.
With the below ingredients you can prepare a medium sized cake.


Ingredients For EggLess Cocoa Biscuit Cake



  • Marie biscuit ( Or you can use any other biscuit too) -1 medium sized packet or ten to twelve (chocoalate flavor)
  • Sugar powder -1/4 cup
  • Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp
  • Fresh cream - 2 small packet
  • Cherry - to garnish
  • Cashew nuts - 8
  • Pista - A few


Method To Make Eggless Cocoa Biscuit Cake


  • Crush the Marie biscuits into fine powder using your hands itself. A mixer is not necessarily required. 
  • Take a round bowl so that you will get a round shaped cake.
  • Transfer the crushed Marie biscuit powder into it.
  • Add sugar powder and cocoa powder.
  • Transfer the fresh cream from the packet into this bowl and mix it properly so that the biscuit powder is now in a semi solid state.
  • See to it that the mixture is not too sticky.
  • Add more fresh cream, if you find the mixture is too hard.
  • Add the chopped nuts to this mixture.
  • Place the bowl to refrigerate for around two hours.
  • Decorate with cherries.

  1. Instead of chocolate flavored Marie biscuit you can use any other flavor Marie biscuit too.
  2. Use only the fresh cream, which is available in the market. Do not use the cream which is prepared at home because it will not come out well.
  3. To give a more appetizing look, instead of using cherries, you can place colorful gems.
  4. Here, I have given a circular shape to this biscuit cake using a round bowl, but if you so desire you can use any shape of your choice.
  5. While serving the cake, spread a thin layer of chocolate sauce over the biscuit cake if you so desire.
  6. After preparing the biscuit cake, take care that it placed in the fridge section and not in the freezer section.
