Kitchen Masti Points

  1. You can serve aloo parotha with red chutney(garlic chutney).
  2. Plain curds added with Chat Masala, salt and red chilli powder is also another tasty combination for aloo parota.
  3. We can also use chopped onions to the potato stuff in if desired but I haven't used it here.
  4.  Another variation of aloo parota is: mix both boiled aloo ( potato),wheat flour and all the masala together and form the dough and repeat the process.
  5. Another variation is prepare two chapatis of equal size. Roast one side of each chapati. On the roasted side of one chapati, spread the aloo filling and  cover it with roasted side of another chapati. Now roast both the unroasted sides.
